Re-energising - Communication - Stillness of Mind

Turquoise’s tranquil colours and energy have long provided a sense of calm for the wearer. I, personally, am called to work with this stone when I am feeling depleted; body, mind or soul. I find it to have a very ancient and wise energy, almost like an elder, that soothes and helps to create more stillness within.
