Romans beautifully referred to Moonstone as the ‘collective beam of moonlight in a solid form.’ For me, the dreamy, otherworldly energy of this crystal asks us to step beyond the physical, and to connect with our intuition, the subconscious and dream realms. Due to its reflective appearance and high frequency, the chakra most associated with Moonstone is the Crown – being our connection to our higher self.

Named after the celestial body that is all about cycles, Moonstone can light the path through the darkness of change. I have found it to be a gentle support through times of transition, helping me find light in the darkest of times. For me, it is was the perfect companion in helping me to navigate the changes in my life.
