Topaz, with its naturally mixed blue and crystal-clear hues, is a brilliant stone for connecting to our truth and to our higher selves. It can help to link the crown and throat chakras to create a more established connection between the two. When we become more aware of our personal truth, it can allow us to show up with greater self-assurance.

I feel called to work with Topaz when I’m feeling confused, uncertain or out of alignment. It has helped me to reconnect to myself and gain greater clarity on where my higher self is guiding me.
